Dashboard
The Dashboard is the operational command centre for DocView Capture Web. It gives supervisors and operators a real-time summary of batch activity across every processing module, making it easy to spot bottlenecks, track throughput, and confirm the system is running normally.
Open the Dashboard at the start of each shift or whenever you need a quick status check across the entire capture pipeline.
Summary Cards
Four headline cards are displayed at the top of the screen:
- Total Batches – The overall number of active batches currently in the system.
- Active Modules – The count of different modules that currently contain work.
- In Progress – Batches that are actively being processed by operators or backend modules.
- Completed Today – The total number of batches that have finished all processing steps today.
Visual Charts
The dashboard generates three key charts to assist with queue management:
1. Total Batches per Module Chart
A vertical bar chart displaying the total number of batches in each processing stage (Scan, QC, Index, Review, etc.). Under the chart, the Module Summary table lists the exact counts.
2. Batches per Module (Status-Wise)
A stacked bar chart showing the status breakdown for each module queue. Status color indicators are:
- Pending / Ready – Orange
- In Progress – Blue
- Completed – Green
- Cancelled / Error – Red
- Suspended – Purple
3. Batch Setup Count Chart
A dedicated bar chart mapping the number of batches currently in the system by their Batch Setup profile (e.g. Invoices, HR Documents, Mailroom). This helps supervisors monitor incoming workload distribution by document type.
