DocView Web provides a built-in Order Management System (OMS) module designed to integrate directly with E-Commerce platforms like eBay, handling everything from customer messaging to order fulfillment.

eBay Messaging Integration

The eBay Messages module allows support teams to directly handle customer queries without leaving DocView:

• Unified Inbox: View all incoming eBay messages, categorized by sender and order.
• Direct Replies & Templates: Respond to buyers directly from the DocView interface using customizable SMS and email templates.
• Conversation Routing: Easily move conversations and track message status (e.g., Read, Unread, Escalated).
• Order Context: Instantly view customer orders and transaction details directly linked to the sender.

Job Sheets & Order Management

The Job Sheet module handles the fulfillment workflow:

• Order Tracking: Filter orders by status, account, or product code.
• Order Details: View user order details, merged orders, and attached order images.
• Shipping Labels: Integration with Royal Mail. Bulk print labels for multiple orders or single baskets seamlessly.
• Batch Updates: Automatically update the status of multiple orders at once (e.g., marking batches as Printed or Dispatched).

Order Shipping

The Order Shipping module manages the physical dispatch process:

• Scan & Ship: Mark orders as shipped by scanning them into the system.
• Photographic Proof: Use the integrated camera to take and save pictures of the packaged items. These images are stored securely to prove the condition of the shipment upon dispatch.
• Image Management: Retrieve or delete shipped order pictures directly from the shipping interface.
